We are excited to announce our initial slate of summer virtual program offerings starting on Tuesday, July 7!

Undergraduate Admission staff will be leading a slate of remote "Discover Stanford" information sessions that will be offered 6-7 times per week throughout the month of July. Each information will be paired with one of our popular "Student Forum" discussion sessions, providing a chance to interact live with Stanford undergraduates about all aspects of the Stanford undergraduate experience.

Registration for these programs is now available under the "Engage" tab at

A link to our popular 360° video tour of the central campus can be viewed at any time. The 13-minute tour (linked just below on this site) is narrated by multiple Stanford undergraduates and is a completely immersive experience when watched on a mobile device! Watch for new virtual tours and offerings throughout the summer and fall!

Please note the following regarding the status of visiting the physical Stanford campus: In response to COVID-19 and in accordance with guidelines from federal, state and county agencies, all of the Visitor Center's on-campus (in person) tours, information sessions and programs remain suspended for the foreseeable future until further notice; the Visitor Center and Office of Undergraduate Admission locations remain closed as well. General visitors can review this website for more information about Stanford. We also strongly recommend downloading the free and highly useful Stanford Mobile app for University information, updates, maps and services.

We look forward to the time when we will once again be able to welcome you to the physical Stanford campus!

Important Notes

[1] This tour is led by student staff of the Stanford Visitor Center, not by the Department of Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation (DAPER), and is in no way meant to serve as a tour for athletic recruits. Students wishing to find out more about playing for Stanford teams should visit

[2] While the tour path does wind through many of Stanford’s athletic facilities, it does not provide entry into Stanford Stadium, Maples Pavilion, or departmental offices. It does, however, provide close-up views of the majority of our complexes, playing fields, and recreational facilities.
